                                                         Introduction

Cognitive behavioral Theory (CBT) is a model that describes unhelpful thoughts and perceptions and identifying their impact on people’s behavior, emotions, and thinking patterns (Hofmann, 2015). Through this theory, individuals can learn to identify their automatic thoughts, evaluate them and correct their thinking to improve how they feel.
